Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

Mix all together in a releasable plastic storage bag. Great for red meats and vegetables. Marinade steaks for 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

Enough for about 1 pound of meat.
