Simple Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 8 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes for flavors to meld, or refrigerate for up to 12 hours.

Makes about 2 cups.
