Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

In a large bowl, add all the icing ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Add extra milk if necessary.

Makes enough icing for one 9×13 cake.

I added probably a cup of peanut butter. Goes great with Wacky Cake or Double Chocolate Cake.
