Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- ½ c. red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ c. green bell pepper, chopped
- ½ c. red onion, diced
- ½ jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 T olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and stir to mix well. Season the black bean salad with salt and pepper, and set aside at least 30 minutes before serving.
